Dopo i recenti successi sul Southampton, sull'Everton e sul Middlesbrough, venerdì scorso i Blues hanno continuato in splendida forma la loro Premier League con una vittoria per 1-0 sul West Brom a The Hawthorns, nella 37ª giornata della Premier League.
Il Chelsea rimane al primo posto con 87 punti su 36 partite, 10 punti avanti sulla sua più diretta inseguitrice, il Tottenham Hotspur, che ha una gara in meno.
