Dopo i recenti successi sul Chelsea, sul Tottenham Hotspur e sul Norwich City, sabato scorso i Magpies hanno continuato in splendida forma la loro Premier League con una vittoria per 2-1 sul West Brom allo St James' Park, nella 13ª giornata della Premier League.
Il Newcastle United è salito dal 8esimo al quinto posto con 23 punti su 13 partite, soltanto un punto dietro l'Everton.
